    Paid to use them for in home rug cleaning & their offered service of picking up, cleaning and returning the rug via delivery. They made appointments and canceled them, never arrive when they said and didn't call to communicate. The rug I had cleaned remotely is filthy and they missed their appt to come pick it up and never called. I asked for my $89.95 back. They said their manager would call me shortly. Then they said 24-48 hours. It's been that and no one has contacted me. I want my money back.

    This company took my money and failed to clean my rug. I had them pick up my rug and "clean it" back at their store or warehouse on approximately June 16, 2022. The day my rug was returned(June 20, 2022), I was painting my house and did not have them unrolled it. I unrolled it a few days later (within the 10 day window to complain about services) and my rug was not cleaned. I don't even think it was unrolled. There were things on it that I could pick up with my hand, like not even vacuumed. I get told by the company 2-3 times a manager will call me. After calling the company a 3rd or 4th time I finally get through to a higher level manager who is very apologetic and says someone will come to my house the next day to clean it at my house. The technician shows up (June 30, 2022) and doesn't have the supplies to clean my rug and tried to take it again. I refused to let him take it and was told by a manager I would receive a refund. They said they would refund me on approximately 30 June 2022. I never received a check in the mail. I called about a week ago. They said they they manager who was supposed to send me my refund no longer worked at the company and they were sending the check. It still has not arrived. The total cost was $106.50
