I made 3 payments to this company totalling 2155
    Two payments of $1000
    And a third is $155
With a promise to pay another $850 upon delivery of a vending machine
After 5 plus months the company decides to cancel the delivery agreement and send me a refund after much back and forth an attemp of 1955 was sent to me as a refund however payment was stopped and I never received my money back I contacted my bank today and will be proceeding with a dispute followed by small claims court

Customer has prematurely filed this complaint. Refund has been processed. Customer received our services and in date of delivery was not available causing us to have to ship vending machine back to us. We lost time and money and have been nothing but honest. In the attached you will see ******s processing times and ****** was down for several days causing delays which this is a fact. I recommend this complaint be thrown out as the time frame has not last for processing which makes this complaint fraudulent. Customer originally agreed to 10% restock fee

    Business Response

The consumer is not blocked and recently sent an email where I responded. Once complaints are filed it is our policy to cut out direct communication. We have processed the refund and would like to know what we could do so that all parties can move on. I’m addition to the refund the consumer stated she has disputed this with her bank AS WELL. So we want to know what we can do to assist with this issue ASAP. Has the seller not received the refund ? Again I have spoke to ****** and everything is cleared on our end. I had no idea ****** was down until she emailed threatening me soon as I was aware I let her know and have only been transparent. If the consumer has found a dispute, plus we’ve initiated a refund what more do we need to do at this point to close this out? I’m not exactly sure why this claim has been filed. Lines of communications have always stayed open. This was done to be malicious to tear our company down, if you have filed a dispute through your bank, I am 100% sure with the documentation that we gave her she will receive her money on both ends from our ****** and through her bank, receiving two refunds.

Nothing was done maliciously as I informed the seller being a customer who’s provided a large some of money and being told to file a dispute is my best interest, leaves me what options?
No refunds have been posted to my account and the bank states her transfers expired September 2nd

if for whatever reason it does post twice there is no reason I will not send funds back however after saying “business is complete” and blocking me then the deposit not being complete does not serve as a professional business transaction!

I offered to keep the seller posted and informed on what the bank says to keep an open line of communication she refused so I then contacted the BBB.

as previously mentioned her screenshots still say “pending” so she is aware no money has been received on my end.
