    Date: September 2023, October 2023, July 2022 This complaint stems from multiple transactions that although the transit time on the purchase from MSP DISPOSAL/MINOSTECH stated the handling time at max was 3,3,5 days on the three, mind you there are several others that are past the year of occurrence. The September purchase was for $247.71 and was for two server units of redundant stock. On their auction site I was awarded the winning bid, they used an on file credit card improperly, posting the transaction as a recurring transaction. The October transaction was also posted incorrectly as a recurring transaction. While the winning bids all had under 5 days for shipping, the September one, has never shipped to this day. I have spoke to the Owner, who only replied after months of me emailing, calling. The transaction was in September he replied at the end of December, with a one liner, busy chat after Christmas break, his manager Mary replied once at the end of November saying they were transitioning into a new warehouse and would be in touch next week, we are still waiting for the call.. When finally discussing it end of January, ****** indicated it would be corrected immediately and then did nothing, communication ceased and only returned an email after I sent the details to other board members, and included other frustrated customers who posted on the website about being ignored. At this time its now April, we received the third purchase, almost 7 weeks late, 1st and 2nd have not received and Mr. ****** has not responded since May 9th,2024 The recurring payment status, as explained to Mr ******, has caused us great distress and fees as it is blocked by the credit card co. to ensure the expected combined payments will clear, but they are not and were one time payments. This causes all other transactions to be over limit and we are charged $29 per transaction.Mr ****** has not removed this designation. A random amount was credited on our card for $200(aprox exhange

    Good day sir, No recent contact has been had with the company since Mr ****** texts a couple months ago. I have them saved shoukd you like to see them, as he tried to make it seem like no big deal the items were not shipped, and when asked about the items thr oldest from summer previous he simply didn't answer.
