    I asked this company out to help with the support under the house. I was quoted for sistering of joist, piers, and support beams. The support beams and piers were wonderful and helped beyond belief. Once we pulled up subfloor we realized what they did while “sistering joist”. I have reached out to the company 3 times about issues. They came back the first time and they lowered the lift on the house but I mentioned I would like the house to be “code” and essentially do what is needed. I appreciated that. I then sent an email asking for a partial refund due to the fact that when we removed our subfloor things were not done as they should have been. Mostly sistering of joist. They offered to come out all though we had to remove most of what they did due to the fact that we needed to get back into our house. They came out and looked around. I reached out a week later and was told a “higher up” sent me an email. I did let them know I had not received an email. That was this past Thursday and I still have not received anything. In my opinion and other contractors there were only 3-4 joist that were sistered. The initial complaint and request for a partial refund was Feb 13th.

    We have been in communication with Haley from start to finish and post-job completion.  I also spoke with Haley on the phone this morning, February 26, 2025, to get on the same page with this job.  A refund for an area we were not able to get full length joists in due to mechanical systems in place, but support was added in this area, and a check is being mailed to Haley for that amount.  She has confirmed her mailing address and a check will be sent to her and we will communicate when that is put into the mail for her.  We are on the same page about everything and our warranty process, etc.
