I have experience what's starting to look like racist actions 4 times in the last 2 years with the last one being on 1-25-2024 at 4 pm....I give u this date because I know the company has the power to pull the camera and listen and from there u will see what I went through to get some basic money orders with my own money.....I entered the bank at 3:50 and didn't exit til 4:30 all because I had to argue with the teller over money orders and the manager was pretending not to be there because I filed a report on her once before..... my name is Jonathan Jackson 803/940/1278.... because I don't believe in hiding behind the phone making comments that can't be defended

Palmetto Citizens FCU added 4 unlawful transactions to my credit card account equally $1,018.98. They refuse to remove these transactions. When I filed with NCUA they told them they gave me a credit when they did not. I imagine they have done this to several customers and making a lot of money off these unlawful practices. They are taking advantage of the lack of regulations over federal credit unions by the NCUA. If you bank with Palmetto Citizens FCU please monitor your bank statements closely and if possible close all accounts and bank with another bank or Federal Credit Union.Palmetto Citizens Federal Credit Union

This consumer review reflects the second time this complaint has been filed against us. A court of law determined the transactions were not "unlawful" as claimed. While the matter was not settled to the satisfaction of the consumer, the credit union was absolved of any wrongdoing. We would appreciate another opportunity to explain our position to the consumer.
