      2nd COMPLAINT CASE: I got a letter in the mail about my home mortgage. I called and talk to someone and I told her what was going on. I broke my ankle and I am trying to pay my mortgage and other bills. She told me she would put notes that I paid $45O and I still owed $266 and some change. I told her I would pay that on the 15th. I paid $325.28. That she would write off the rest of the balance. That I would not have to pay till November 1. I had told several people I broke my ankle and money was tight. I find out that the staff of this company does not listen. That is why I am trying to find another company to do my mortgage. I don’t trust you at all. You don’t care about your customers. I will report this to the media about your business.

       I am rejecting this response because: I want to complain about this bank again. Can someone please explain to me what the hell you idiots are doing. My mortgage payment is all messed up. If this does not get fixed I will get my attorney and sue you stupid idiots. Why the hell was I told to pay $266 to finish paying one month. I paid $325 extra for that month. I was told by a lady on the phone she was supposed to skip a pay for October payment and I would not have to pay till November 1. She also told me she would put notes in the system. I guess she lied to me like always. This is not the first time your employees have lied to me. Now the app telling me I owe you over 1300 dollars. There is no way in hell I pay that amount. Either right it off or I will sue. I don’t appreciate the letter and phone called from your loan officer Charles threatening me. On top of it he had the wrong amount on the letter that I owed. That let me know the lady lied to me on the phone. All this has been turned over to my attorney. Please don’t ever send a letter or call me ever again. If this is how you conduct business I don’t want no part of it. I will not pay any more payment on my mortgage tell you get the balance is back as $0 for October. I might start paying November payment. If it’s not fixed by October 25. If it’s not fixed I will be reporting this two different businesses let them know how you treat your customers.

      They fix the problem which took a whole month. But I was charged a late fee when I asked not to be charged at all.

      I am writing urgently to address inaccuracies on my credit report due to the disclosure of my personal information to credit bureaus, which has caused significant financial and emotional distress.

      According to 15 USC 1681 Section 602, I am entitled to financial privacy and expect my information to be treated confidentially.

      Additionally, under 15 USC 1681 Section 604(a)(2), a consumer reporting agency cannot disclose account details without my explicit consent, which I have not provided.

      The discrepancies associated with SC STATE FEDERAL CU have negatively impacted my financial standing and need immediate correction.

      Moreover, compliance with 15 USC 1666(b) is crucial, as it prohibits creditors from treating credit card payments as late under specific conditions.
