    This company commits fraud by deception! Allow me to explain; we had a consult with them about our child’s teeth extractions and we have two insurances. Her fathers, and mine. The first consult we received was for her fathers insurance as primary (which is far less superior than mine) and we decided to seek another office because of the amount out of pocket.

    They called us back and told us they would do it with my insurance as primary which was substantially less out of pocket and we received the estimate and decided we would proceed with them under this plan.

    However, they divided to not go with our agreed plan (my insurance as primary) and went with the first plan that we declined. This resulted in my insurance being secondary the insurance companies paying less and resulting in a bill of the first high out of pocket expenses. In other words: they lied to us to obtain us as a customer to then bill us the way we refused to participate in.

    Now they want us to pay thousands more out of pocket because of their error. We are refusing to pay and seeking legal advice presently.

    Another issue is it seems they over-billed or double billed insurance incorrectly, which is something we are going over with our insurance companies and legal counsel. We will also be seeking a fraud case with the North Carolina State’s Attorney.

    I would HIGHLY DISCOURAGE anyone with two insurances from seeking services with this company. They will lie to you to get you on the hook and change it up to something you didn’t agree to later.
