      The date of the transactions is 8/1/2023 for $34.12 and $42.71. This was the third issue with garments not being cleaned. None of the articles of clothing looked (still had visible stains) or smelled clean. Two dresses were sent back to be cleaned again. One came back with the stain slightly lighter and the other dress still had the visible stain from the $42.71 order.

      I took the dresses from the $34.12 order back to the 6320 Garner’s Ferry Road cleaning location on 9/3/2923 for a refund as advised by the 7400 Garner’s Ferry Road staff. I spoke with Hope and showed her the visible stains on the dresses and told her that the clothes still had an odor as if they hadn’t been cleaned. She advised they had been short staffed and couldn’t guarantee stains would be removed. I told her since this was a reoccurring issue, that I wanted a refund. She stated the owner, John Davis wasn’t in but took my name and number for him to call me about the matter. I haven’t received a call to date.

      Had clothes taken to the cleaners and was short 4 pair of pants. Owner claims they never received them but they were given to them. He was rude and didn't want to take responsibility for missing items with a value of $80. I don't think that's fair or good business and should not be allowed. As I looked at past reviews there are people with the same claim so there must be something done about this. I would like to be reimbursed for those pants that are missing which would be $80.
