    I brought my wedding dress to the Sparkleberry site to be steamed to get the wrinkles out on Saturday, 7/8/23 & was given a receipt that it would be done Monday 7/10/23 after 5pm. I went in to pick up my dress at 5:45pm on 7/10/23 and was told by Tammy that it had not been sent out to be done. I let her know I needed it to be done & back the next day as my wedding day was Thursday, July 13, 2023. I returned Tuesday 7/11/23 to pick it up & it was done but as I was walking out I noticed a stain on the front and came back in. Tammy was so rude & unapologetic that my wedding dress was ruined. The stain was on the front of the skirt and went through every layer straight through to the back of the dress. I was in tears trying to figure out what I was going to do and she blamed every other possible person, then offered a refund & to send it back to the plant location to see if they could remove the stain. I again reiterated that my wedding day was in 2 days and that I didn't know what I was going to do for a new dress if they couldn't. On 7/12 I called the plant location & was told by one of the people in charge since the owner was away, my dress had not been sent over & if it needed to be cleaned they couldn't do it until the next day. She then had the audacity to ask me if I could wear the stained dress on my wedding day. She sent someone to get it & was supposed to call me to let me know if she could fix it. She never called & I called multiple times to be told they couldnt get it out. I told her I'd pick my dress up at my leisure since I had hours to find a wedding dress to wear & I wanted a call from the owner when he got back. He did not call. On July 24,2023 I went to finally pick it up & Tammy gave me my still stained dress, told me she couldn't refund me, wasnt there when I cried over my ruined dress & threatened to call police if I didn't leave when she refused to give owners number. I called another site to ask again for the owner to call me, he never did.
