    In December 2023 I hired this company to plan my 50 th birthday party for October 6,2024.. the owner rushed me to pay the deposit money so that we could lock in a venue.. every week up until April 2024 the owner Reba gave me an excuse as to why she couldn’t meet me to visit venues. I kept in contact with her. She isn’t reach out to me about meetings.. I got fed up and asked her for my money back because she didn’t keep up her end of the deal. She repeatedly said how important it was that we lock her in and lock in a date but never did she follow through.. Rena said she couldn’t give me my money back unless someone booked my date.. Then she offered $1k worth of services or $1k in flowers? I have no use for the flowers or services because I can’t trust that she will follow through. I didn’t want to give anymore money and be in a bigger jam losing more money. I continued to contact her to see if she had any bookings or was willing to give me my money back. Each time was a different story until one week she did keep her word and had her daughter to Zelle me in June/july2024 $200 with future installments but nothing yet. I texted her yesterday but no response.. This is bad and my birthday is tomorrow.. The worst birthday ever thanks to Rena.. DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY HER. There is a fb group called scammed by Rena..

    In February 2024, Beyond Expectations was hired to do a wedding on June 29th 2024. All vendors were not paid for their service and partial payment was given the day of the wedding. The contracted caterer was changed last minute and the caterer provided did not present menu agreed to for wedding. Floor covering was not provided. Credit card was charged for the remaining balance on the wedding venue against customer's authorization after submitting full balance for wedding. A copy of vendors hired and detail of payment distribution was not rendered. The wedding venue was not cleaned after the event resulting in penalty payments. Champagne was not provided for guest for wedding event after a budgeted amount was provided. The caterer ran out of food and supplies for the event. Vendors contacted wedded couple during honeymoon asking for payment.
