      Never get picked up and keep getting charged 85$ should be every 2 weeks for pick up. Talked to 4 different supervisors everything was good they were going to start picking g it up every 2 weeks. They picked it up 1 time after that and I had to call. Called this last time because it's been over a month since I've been dumped and they say they are coming to pick it up and have a supervisor call me. No one called no one came to pick it up. On goi g issue since I got the dumpster.

      Worst customer service ever. I called 5 days straight and left messages for LIsa and her Supervisor, Stephanie regarding my account. Never received a call back. Even left a message on their website but still no call back. I feel sorry for Jennifer who has to answer the calls. Last time I was on hold for 25 minutes. They have NO problem with billing. I generally receive 2 invoice a month.

      I own a company and have had the total run around with Capital waste service. No one will call me back, no one will come pick up the dumpster I have asked repeatedly to come get. I am fed up with the run around with them and if they attempt to turn me over to collections I am going to seek counsel.

      Give you the runaround when you cancel service they won’t you to keep paying so they won’t cancel or pick up the dumpster

      They only pick up when they feel like it. out of 4 weeks we have been picked up twice. I had funds taken from my account a year ago and requested information. Got nothing. So i called when funds were requested again. Then the lady expects me to just believe her. Mr. Parker the Key holder of this company. This should speak volumes Please go and Listen to the call this morning at 0850. As i am trying to ask questions to better wrap my mind around what is going on i can hear her start laughing, she cut me off then hung up on me. You want our money for services rendered only part of the time, you want us to call you when it happens and the customer service has to be tracked down CONSTANTLY. Lack of respect for my time and money and you would like people to continue to do business with you. Ms. R. has no business doing phone calls if she can't allow people to ask questions, she just thinks people are going to believe her.

      I agree there have been some problems with this company and their service. But aside from management issues, I must say that some of the employees (the guys that run the trucks) are very dedicated and care about us! Hands down, Jermaine is a super employee that communicates and goes over and beyond to help us. I love to see him coming, tooting his horn and waving!!

      This company has been atrocious with the pick ups. They will go weeks at a time without picking up the trash and recycling. When we have called to complain no one gives a straight answer and they respond with “we’ll send someone out” or “we’ll make a case”. We have to call back because no one comes out. When we do call back no one has the case. They aren’t doing what we’re paying them to do and they don’t seem concerned with making that right.

      CWS is one of the worst companies when it comes to doing business with customers. CWS took over Waste Management services for our sub-division for residential about 3 years ago and one of the first things they did was double the payment for the services. On numerous occasions they have not bothered to pick up the garbage, sometimes with 3 weeks passing and having to call numerous times with numerous customer service reps taking the info and not doing anything. It is July 18, 2023 and the garbage was supposed to be picked up on July 13, 2023. I have called numerous times in fact at 8 am when there suppose to be opened in Columbia, SC but it says to leave a message in which I do but no one ever calls back. I live in Shadowfield subdivision and the garbage cans are at the edge of the driveways for almost a week now. This company does not know what customer service is and the monopoly of being the only garbage company allowed in the area is ridiculous because if there was competition they wouldn't be doing this. I am very disappointed in there service or lack thereof. They require payment for services not rendered since they have not done the required service. I am tired of their inept ability to do their job or at least give some kind of resemblance of customer service. Greg T.

      I have been battling with this inept company now for 3+ months. They never put the bin that they pick up and empty back in the same place. That is if they even empty it to begin with. We pay to have it emptied 3x week. This causes the city of Columbia to call us about the bin blocking the public sidewalk. I get assurances from Ms. Lampkin that the issues I keep calling about will be fixed. They never are. Today the bin is about to roll into the street behind our shop. The management and employees that work the trucks are the poorest example of customer service. If i could leave less than one star I would!

      Hello I spoke with Andrew the Assistant Manager to discuss the complaint. He stated to me the driver is not placing the container in the correct place and on most occasions it is to close to the road and has become a hazard. He states he has called several times but his calls have not been returned.  I assured him I would send this to the Operations Manager as well as the Commercial Sales Division and that this could be remedied immediately.  I apologized for the lack of communication but assured him that we value his business with us and going forward this will not be an issue.
