  I hired the said contractor to put my home back together from a water leak, I paid him $4000 towards the agreed $8500 for the Completed job. He cut corners, didnt raise my bathroom back flush and people are tripping like I told him. We had to go behind him because he ruined my hardwood floors, didn't paint what he claimed. Both bathrooms leaked once he left and it warped my new vanity sink in the !st bathroom. We had to buy a new toilet being the floor wasn't raised then the toilet was on the felange and it leaked. Then we wen down the list and most of the work wasnt done. I had to hire a Hardwood Specialist to fix the new wood floors he ruined. Now we have to hire someone to tear up the !st bathroom floor and put down more subflooring then the flooring } which he said I could have because he had it and couldnt use it.

  At the time we left you were happy with what work was performed. Not issue arose until payment was requested to complete the job.
  We were not notified of a leak until after you state your husband had fixed it and it was due to a reused toilet that had been removed after your leak and you said you couldn’t afford a new one to use the old one. Corners were cut at the request of the home owner, as she did not “have the money to put it back together”
  You stated 8500 was agreed upon but only paid 4000.00. This is true. The join was not completed by us as the homeowner didn’t have the money to pay citing Christmas and property taxes being the reason it couldn’t be paid.
  We assisted in getting additional funded from insurance only to be “ghosted” by the home owner when those funds were dispersed and not to be contacted again until payment was received as ******* didn’t pay out like was expected.
  We were not given the chance to correct any issues.

  Please note, 2 weeks plus was spent on this job. Cheap 199.00 vanities were bought. No new toilets until after a leak was discovered and the recon team was not notified of it. We GAVE the own the LVP in the house from our personal storage. No charge. Paid for and supplied 2 ventilation fans for her bathroom that she bought the wrong fans for month’s earlier and couldn’t return with out a receipt. And the floors would be level/even had the tile been put back like it was originally but the owner didn’t have the funds for the tile.
