      Reserved and paid for the room through Expedia, When i checked in was told that I would have to pay $100 deposit for incidentals and at check out I would get my $100 deposit back. At the time of check out they refused to give me my $100 deposit back stating that I already received it prior to check out. That makes no sense. The hotel has cameras but they refused to run the cameras back to show where I received my deposit back. I tried calling corporate and they said they couldn't find my reservation after I provided them with the confirmation number.
