    Leigh and Haley were Great..They arrived right on time and almost immediately started cleaning..

    We talked for just a minute about my expectations then within 90
    minutes my house was spotless..

    They were very pleasant and knowledgeable of the way to clean a
    House in an efficient way..even advised me as to clean the wood floor between cleanings..

    They even called me in to visually inspect before they left the house..
    I would surely like to have them come back..

    Scheduled a deep clean of our new house that had been vacant for some time and had some construction and renovation. We were living down the street during construction. Nothing was in the house except for one couch. After the deep clean it appeared “clean”. Being that we didn’t live in the home, the floors looked shiny. After coming back to start moving in, the house was completely filthy. Dust was everywhere. Hardened urine was under the seat. Fans weren’t even wiped down. Appliances had dirt and visible grime on the outside. Window panes gave a black paper towel residue upon wiping them down. Not to mention, the walls weren’t even dusted or wiped down from the renovation like the representative in the home prior to the clean promised.

    Spoke to Management and sent documentation. Management confirmed that they were going to compare their before and after with team. Never heard back. Sent several follow up emails and they simply refused to respond. Their meeting was supposed to be on Monday, it is now Friday.

    We are blessed and money isn’t a true issue but I would hate for a future client to be taken advantage in this way. This was in no way a “deep clean.” We ended up cleaning and hiring someone else to do the job. It took her 3 days of strenuous cleaning versus their 2 hour time slot.

    Poor communication from Management. Policy is in the best interest of the company. Refund was promised by Management from outcome of meeting. Pictures were plentiful and there was enough proof that it simply wasn’t clean.

    If you want a surface level wipe down of counters and floors, hire them. Otherwise, seek elsewhere. They will offer a reclean if you are unsatisfied. Not at all worried about client satisfaction.


    No stars would be left as Management refused to even return a phone call much less an e-mail. Waited too long for a response. One star doesn’t represent their value.
