I have bought botox 2 times from this company. At first, I had no problem getting an appt. The units i purchased do not ever expire per company. So I saved 68 units of botox for my wedding back on 5/24/24. I called months in advance for an appt and they told me they do not have an injector. They finally had an injector and scheduled my appt- then canceled it the day of my appt saying they did not have botox. They never answer their phone, i have tried for months to call them. I finally got a hold of them last week and they told me that I was dismissed from their practice and that I do not have any botox units with them- and I know I do, I have 68 units. I asked for a manager/ owner to call me back and haven’t received a call. Never got an email saying they dismissed me. Read their reviews, I am not the only one they have done this too. I want my money back so I can put it toward botox with another company who can follow through with their services. I have my receipt, emails confirming my appts and texts that they are canceling my appts. They are stealing hundreds of dollars from people by selling botox units but not providing the service. I just want my money back, and if you read their reviews you will see that many people want their money back for services promised but not received.Business Response

Mrs ******* along with other clients don’t comprehend the no refund policy. We have had a no refund policy for years. It is posted everywhere including our website.
Yes people complain on ****** because they will not get refunds and ****** will not remove these ridiculous complaints, Mrs ******* is no different and instead of being patient, she threw a fit and wrote a ridiculous ****** review.
We have had many Botox days since her original complaint (including today) and the units never expire
sounds like she is just throwing a fit to try to cause issues. Good luck to her, there will be no refund.

I am rejecting this response because: This is ridiculous - I wouldn’t need a refund if they provided the service I paid for!!!!! Then I call and they say they dismissed me from the practice without telling me and then proceed to tell me that I don’t have any botox units with them?! That’s 1000% false, I know I have 68 units there. And my ****** review was 100% truthful- go ahead and read the rest of the reviews. I am not the only person they are STEALING money from, and not just a little bit of money but hundreds of dollars from multiple customers.

Once again we have a no refund policy it is located in many places.
We do not and have not stolen anyone’s money and will be happy to handle this slander with our attorney.
BBB needs to delete this complaint because the No Refund Policy is and has been in place for years.

These are just a few of many complaints from their customers. Look at ****** revirws, **** reviews and more. They all say the same thing, so Please tell me how i am “just throwing a fit?” I just want the service I paid for, and since they cannot provide it- multiple times…. I then requested a refund. They are basically stealing hard earned money from people by allowing us to bank services then not provide them. Now because of their unprofessional response, I don’t trust them with injecting botox- But I will continue to fight to get a refund. I will contact the several other people who are having the same problem I am and take it to small claims court if I need too- I have my receipt and emails and texts of them canceling my appts. Then they tell me they dismissed me from their practice and I have no botox units stored, which is a big lie. This is so frustrating. I am an honest person and would never ever treat people the way they have treated their customers. I don’t know how they are getting away with this, but it isn’t fair and it’s WRONG.

We have reviewed the chart for Ms ******* and it does appear she has 2 units available and we will be happy to refund her $26.00. She does not have 32 units because her purchase was for Buy one get one free and she purchased 30 (got 30 free). When she wrote her review we had the right to revoke her free items which left her with 2 units available. It is clearly stated that free items have no cash value. I have prepaid thousands of dollars for Botox. Botox should be injected every 3 months to maintain it's effectiveness. 3 times now Columbia Laser and Aesthetics has canceled the service 1 or 2 days prior to my appointment date. Now, I had an appointment tomorrow, October 15, and when I called to confirm, the person who answered the phone asked me if I received an email informing me that all Botox services are canceled until at least January. They email advertisements all the time and I cannot find the cancellation email among them. It could be there, but it really doesn't matter. On the phone today I nicely said I'd like to speak to someone about a refund. The woman on the phone promptly told me I could not have one because they have a no return policy. I said, "even when you're not able to provide the service I paid for?" She simply, more abruptly, told me they give no refunds. I paid for a service. They can't provide it. I am unable to pay someone else for it, and shouldn't have to even if I could! I want my money back. Please help me. Thanks for your consideration, Kate.Business Response

I purchased a service (Botox) They cannot provide this service per an email they sent. I called on numerous occasions to make an appointment and was put off several times. When I finally did make an appointment, they sent out the email stating they could not provide the service until next year. They said they would not give out refunds. They did say I could use my money for another service they offer. I do not want another service. I want what I paid for. I have purchased many units of Botox from this company. They allow me to 'bank' units for future use. They have now cancelled my appointment to receive the Botox that I purchased, and refuse to allow me to set an appointment to receive the product they sold me and I paid for. The company is refusing to refund my money, or allow me to receive the product. They are holding my money interest free and refusing to provide the service I paid for.Business Response

All clients were notified that this service was being put on hold. We do not offer refunds but clients can use the money towards other services or products or can wait until we resume Injections within a month or two. We have not refused. We also do not guarantee a time frame for the use of banked Botox. The injectors are not full time employees. The injectors come at their will.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: you are refusing to provide services you promoted and sold to me. I understand you are unable due to lack of injectors, whether you are unable or unwilling, I am not able to receive a service/product you sold me and I paid you for in good faith. Giving a vague “maybe someday we can fulfill it” is not acceptable. I do not need nor want any other service. I will escalate this until I receive refund or Botox. This is horrendous treatment of a long time loyal customer. I routinely refer this company. Never again. I will make it my mission to make sure this never happens to anyone else.

I made a complaint on their website months ago. Recently I paid to get service done to give me a second chance. The tech tells me that there is a electrical problem and she will call me back next week. The unprofessionalism that is being encourage just doesn’t there students or the company. I just called again to schedule an appointment with a new tech they tell me that i cant be schedule because i filed a complaint and i can’t receive my refund because they don't give out refunds. I am rejecting this response because: I did not act inappropriately to anyone. Nor did I disrespect any of there techs while i was being seen. The owner refused to speak to me several times to resolve any issues I had. Therefore i made a complaint. They refused to do any other service with me because I made a complaint. I hope in the future that the owner is more willing to help their clients fully understand their services and prices changes before they conduct a service to a client. Also I would like to apologize to the student and solely blame the owner for her lack of response to my complaint at any given moment. Thank you for the refund.
