    I have never witness such an unprofessional firm before. The time in effort that they put into getting people in the door they need to work on our cases. My case manager Sabr..., has been my case manager for five months. I have never received a text, a mail, a phone call, a voice mail or email from this case manager. However, I have left numerous voice mails, sent emails and called the Kanner and Pintaluga numerous of times regarding this matter. I am thankful for Chloe the receptionist; she answered and I was finally able to update my new address. This place is a sweat shop obviously; the case managers are obviously over worked and underpaid. I could see Kanner and Pintaluga selling this firm as a smart choice because they have no idea how to manage clients. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I feel used; I feel unheard and I do believe they are mishandling my case. I know that reductions does not take seven months. I wish I could track the case the way that I track my shipment because these guys would be in big trouble. When I cannot get ahold of anyone i press 1, as a new client because they will answer versus answering the heavy que line where they're receiving complaints and threatened lawsuits.
