    I was approved for a 5,000 loan. In order to obtain the loan I had to purchase insurance on the loan. I was informed they would deposit the insurance money in my account in order for me to pay for the loan. Once thr mi ey cleared I was to either **** *** or money order the amount of the loan which was $990 dollars. The amount was in my account on the 27 of November 2023. I asked my bank to hold it for three days instead of 2 days to ensure no issues occurred. The bank released the funds on the 30 of November 2023. I called the company and was given instruction to purchase a money gram from Walmart. Once purchased I read the card numbers to the party on the line and was promised that I would receive a call from a Mr Ronald later that day to complete the transaction for the loan. I never received a call. The next day I contacted the business to inform them the money they gave me for the insurance was rejected stating NSF. Mr smith I believe his name is explained to me they will take care of it and wait for a call. I was later blocked and was unable to reach them until Monday 12/4/2023. I had to block my number or use different phones. In short I was told I needed to pay an additional 227 in taxes in order to get the loan or my refund d back. I have emailed them explaining I no longer want to do business with them and would like my $990 back for an insurance on a 5,000 loan that I never received. The contract is voided 1.) because the money they gave bounced and they never gave me the 5,000 as agreed in the loan paper work I received.
    I would just like my $990 back!

    I have not heard from the company and they have blocked me when I call.

    I have sent several emails in relation to this issue.
