I would like to start out by saying that since we moved here after purchasing a double wide in 2017, there have been five managers. Reason being is because each one was stealing whether it be from the office and then gradually from the people, the last few managers have evicted people. From their homes, knowing that they can't move the mobile home and just so they can steal their property and sell it for personal game. This is the most unspeakable act, and I am actually currently battling this which due to unprofessionalism displayed by the judge who sworn an oath on the Bible when she was sworn in to review all evidence before making an informed decision decided not to look at my information which would prove that the current manager Shannon Graham was lying and it leads me to believe that seeing how this has been going on for a while, maybe that's why the judge didn't wanna see my paperwork so that she could rule in their favor and get away with it. Any other judge would've wanted to see my evidence, but she had 2 Separate Court hearings, and I presented the fact that she hasn't seen my evidence which unbeknownst to me. She still did not look at my evidence and ruled for my family to be evicted. This trailer park has something very strange going on as we have a crackhead living in the office, running the mobile home park and the water bills are being distributed falsely without proof to the residents. A retired military guy who owned the trailer as you go into the park passed away now mind you he would get a check every month right on time, but after his death, the manager at that time stated to me and for My Nieces that his bill was too high and his family didn't want to pay it, the devil is a lie because that man ran his life like clockwork as he was trained to do. This place needs to be investigated and shut down. They have Dhec violations all throughout the park, and they raise our rent quite frequently more than once a year without proper notice HELP PLEASE
