Never take a personal watercraft here. Never. We have two 2019 SeaDoos that were purchased here new and both having problems. Anticipating the busy season I took the first one in I believe the first week of May. Our SeaDoos were not up and running until late July. The season is effectively over, we were charged over $4000 and I was lied to more times than I can count. Every single time I called the technician was "working on it as we speak and should have it wrapped up today." Every single time for three months. When they were finally done, the hull ID numbers had been whited out or made illegible on the paperwork, and "damaged" parts were not returned because they said they just didn't have enough space in the shop to save everything. At one point I was told by the technician, standing right next to the service manager that he was going to rob a part from another SeaDoo! I thought my head was going to explode. In addition to improper parts being ordered and/or installed I suspect that I had work done on one or both SeaDoos that did not need to be done and parts replaced that they had damaged (broken engine mount bolts) but weren't completely forthcoming about. In speaking with at least two former employees, these things have been commonplace for years. The owner even admitted to me that he has a very hard time finding qualified technicians and keeping them on staff. They clearly focus most of their business on ATVs and dirt bikes. Simply put, Columbia Powersports may be an authorized SeaDoo dealer, but they have absolutely no business working on repairs. They make SeaDoos look like junk boats that are always broken. They are misleading or dishonest and expensive to boot. I think Kollin and the employees probably mean well, but are in over way their heads with watercraft. If you have a SeaDoo go literally anywhere else.
