I was searching on ****** for the opportunities to make some extra money online that can help pay the bills, than there was The invisible Biz add that popped up on my computer screen, then I contacted the the business by email by clicking the link at the end of the web Video presentation to find out more about that Turnkey AI Affiliate program that can easily generate a six figure after only 3 months (90 days) . After 48 hours, I was convinced that business was good, because the speech was so convincing to lead me to borrow the money from PayPal and deposit it on a ****** account as they required. Three months has been gone, nothing, just a lot numbers though a report every other week that they sent to my email, when I tried to contact them five months later, they never replied to my numerous emails. Since I never get a penny in return, I still have to reimburse he PayPal debt on the top of my rent and other bills.

    Our policies are as follows:

1- We do not accept advance fees of any kind. We are only paid after performing our work, and after the work has been approved of and accepted by the Client.
2- We setup campaign goals and milestones … some of them we reach, and some of them, we miss.
3- When campaigns go well, everyone is happy, and when things go wrong, and many of them do, we do not abandon a client. We will continue to provide services to our clients until we reach our objective, or exhaust our massive business records database.

    We apologize for the delay in responding to this complaint. However, we had to sift through 3 accounts (*and possibly a 4th) this client created with us under different names. They were setup as;

    Ch** N*l
    ****** ****
    **** ***

I will call them, the Client. Here are the facts surrounding this complaint and how we hope to resolve it.

There are 2 components to the service surrounding this complaint:

Part One - creation of websites and landing pages for content creation and marketing.
Part Two- implementation of marketing campaigns to promote the created landing pages and websites.

PART ONE: Creation of Websites and Landing Pages for Content Creation and Marketing

    - Client reached out to us July 2023 and expressed interest in our IVA system.

    - Client was told that he needed a registered Domain, upon other things, in order for us to build the required Websites and Landing Pages, and for Content Creation and Marketing.

    - Client eSigned our Account Agreement - DocuSign Envelope ID: ************************************
    - Our Account Agreement was eSigned by **** *** on 7/22/2023

    - Our Account Agreement clearly states a Refund Provision(s) section, initialed/eSigned by the client. The provision entitles clients to a full refund up to the time of implementing our voice calls, email or text communications. It states that there are no refunds after we initiate this part of the system. We have incurred costs at this point which are non-refundable.

    - We were asked by the client to secure and register the needed domain name (Tue, 25 Jul 2023 at 5:50 PM),which we did, through *******.

    - Client was asked to review and approve (or not) his domains and the content we created, and provide us with feedback (Fri, 28 Jul 2023 at 10:35 AM)

The Transaction Flow - From ******.com:

    - An agreed upon fee of $1600.00 was set and a Domain Name Purchase, Transfer and Content Agreement was eSigned - (Thu, 3 Aug 2023 at 11:01 AM)
    - DocuSign Envelope ID: ************************************ eSigned by ****** ****.

    ****** Transaction #********

    • August 4, 2023, 9:28 PM EDT Buyer accepts the domain name.

    • August 1, 2023, 3:53 PM EDT Payment or partial payment arrived, awaiting processing. We are still processing the buyer's payment, please hold off the domain name transfer until the payment is marked as secured.
    • July 31, 2023, 12:49 PM EDT Both parties have accepted the offer, awaiting buyer payment.
    • July 31, 2023, 12:49 PM EDT Buyer has agreed to the terms of this transaction.
    • July 31, 2023, 12:25 PM EDT Seller initiates the transaction

    PART TWO:

While Part One builds the landing pages and websites, Part Two includes Marketing and Promoting of those Landing Pages and Websites. A separate Invoice is sent the cover Virtual Assistant, Website Maintenance and Updating, Marketing and Promoting the services offered on those Landing Pages and Websites.

-Our Account  Agreement was eSigned by **** *** on July 22, 2023 - DocuSign Envelope ID: ************************************

Our Marketing Services include AI Voice, Email and/or Text.

We provided the client with access to our Marketing Portal where he could find a complete breakdown of our work, such as:

    Deliveries to Recipients
    Recipients Opens Rate
    Clicks To Open Rate
    Click-Through Rates
    Unsubscribe Rates, etc.

We started sending the Client, statistical records of our performance on 9/21/2023,  and provided him with timely updates.

What We Did Wrong … 2 Things:

1- We were marketing and promoting the IRS Employee Retention Credit, when the IRS abruptly cancelled the program.

    ****************

Any new ERC claims are now prohibited and there will be a long wait, if ever, before any affected clients see a return from these efforts.
We should have promoted more than one campaign at a time. ERC was our primary promotion. We should have diversified.
(we replaced the ERC promotion with a totally new promotions in January, 2024. All Active Clients were automatically rolled into the new campaigns)

2- The client wrote to us on (Fri, 1 Mar 2024 at 4:12 PM), and after explaining some hardships that included death in the family, car repairs, unwell daughter and more, he stated:

“Now, I just added more debts on my family with the death of my parents, I was hoping that you guys could help me get out, by reimbursing a portion of that money or any other solutions that would be appropriate for you in the coming days, since I am back and still broke to my skull”.

We take full responsibility for the client not being satisfied with the services we’ve provided thus far, and for not being able to refund the client’s full payment amount as he has requested. Because the Client’s Virtual Assistant has been paid, Websites have been designed, hosted, maintained and updated … and marketing has already been done on behalf of the client, targeting specific states and cites that he requested.

As per our eSigned agreement, our Refund Provision entitles clients to a full refund up to the time of implementing our voice calls, email or text communications. It states that there are no refunds after we initiate this part of the system. We have incurred costs at this point which are non-refundable.’

However, we do not want a client that is dissatisfied. Therefore, we will reach out to  the client, and hopefully come to a satisfactory resolution, if possible.

I received a settlement offer from Invisible Biz with a preview of a Non Disclosure Agreement document, I asked the business to forward (email ) me the real NDA, so my Legal Advisor can review the document, and upon his approval, I will sign it and email the signed document back to them.
