    This place need to be shut down!!! On Saturday 7/20/2024 they let my terminally ill mother that's also not in a good mental state leave their facility. No one check her paperwork or her wrist band. She is supposed to be under strict daily and around the clock care. I telephone the staff to find out how was this allowed. No one could explain. I was only reassured that it should not have happen. No one could get me in touch with the supervisor, hall nurse. I was only told that there is a new system in place and they have no way of reaching them themselves and to call back Monday morning. This was on a Saturday so my mother was to be without care for over 24 hours and she's also a fall-rist. Trust this is not the end of this I will be reporting the facility!!!!
