    I went to have a simple oil change which turned into a disaster after I had my oil change I parked my car in my garage this is my second car so I do not drive it that often. I noticed oil stains on my garage floor and moved my car it was smoking bad. from front to back I had to call my insurance company to get a tow which cost me $52.50. and to a mechanic which charged me $147.05 according to the documents I have attached the fill cap was not properly installed I had to have two more quarts of oil put into my car had to have the engine and underneath the car. Please see bills that is attached along with my receipt from take 5 oil change I would like a refund of the money that was spent on the repairs.

    I got my oil changed on my 2012 Jeep Wrangler a month ago. The “white chubby kid” from up on the northeast coast came around to my window and said my antifreeze had an extremely bad corrosive smell to it. He asked if I’d ever had the system flushed. I asked how much it was and he told me some numbers. I then asked if he had the correct antifreeze and he stated they had the “green stuff” and it was interchangeable with all makes and models!! I told him that was incorrect and mixing anti freeze types could and would damage an engine!! He said that is what they are taught in school and he acted as if he was pissed because I told him how he was wrong. Well I paid for my oil change and went home. Now here we are three to four weeks have passed and I’ve been noticing a smell of antifreeze when I get out of my Jeep, and now it’s starting to overheat!!! I pulled it into my garage to check things out and find my radiator cap is loose!!! So over these few weeks I’ve been losing fluid out of the radiator cap going down the highway back and forth to work, until it got low to the point I’m overheating!!! I’m thoroughly pissed off by this terrible customer service!!!! Tonight I filled it back up with the “CORRECT” antifreeze and now because of all that’s happened my thermostat won’t open probably because of crud getting in it from my radiator being so low on antifreeze!!! People like the little chubby kid shouldn’t be on the face of the earth much less working in a business that requires customer service!!! He needs to be fired!!!

    I got a call from the owner, she said they want to help me. But every time I call back she is busy or not there! Today when I called, she said that she’d call me back within an hour!! NEVER GOT THAT CALL!! I want them to pay for the parts and labor to get my radiator replaced!! I’m finished dealing with Take 5!!

    ON SEPTEMBER 10,2022, I WENT TO THIS COMPANY FOR OIL CHANGE. I PAID 132.57. DROVE FROM THERE TO SOUTH CAROLINA TO GO TO WORK. WHEN I CAME OUT FROM JOB OIL WAS LEAKING EVERYWHERE. THIS HAS CAUSED ME TO LOSE 2 DAYS WORTH OF WORK DUE TO THIS PROBLEM. HAD TO GET CAR TOWED AND GET ANOTHER OIL CHANGE. AND THE MECHANIC TOLD ME THE PROBLEM WAS THAT NO OIL WAS IN VEHICLE. GOT IN TOUCH WITH COMPANY, THEY RECOMMENDED TO BRING IT THERE HOWEVER I DIDNT LIVE IN STATE. HE STATED HE WAS GOING TO REFUND 132.57 AND PAY FOR TOWING FEES, HOWEVER I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY FUNDS. HE TOLD ME TO SEND RECIEPTS TO EMAIL SO THEY CAN REIMURSE MONEY. I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT THE MONEY WILL BE SENT OUT WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. IT'S BEEN 2 WEEKS AND I HAVE YET RECEIVED ANY MONEY AS OF YET. THEY KEEP GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND ABOUT MY FUNDS.
