    Clark's employees who I had the privilege to meet and speak with took the time to answer my questions and helped me feel good about my decision to hire them. The bug tech ‘Mike Woodman’ was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough.

    I have had Clark’s (first I believe it was called AAA) since we moved here 5 years ago. We had a visit today from Samantha who is still here and I just wanted to say she is fantastic! She has been our provider for a while now and is always top notch. Samantha is very accommodating, thorough, and her customer service is top notch! The customer service seems to be natural for her as she is a very nice person. We had payment issues due to the change-over from AAA which was a challenge however due to the excellent service provided from Samantha we jumped through some hurdles to resolve! I hope she remains our provider until you make her the manager :). Thank you Clark’s!

    Clark’s Pest and Termite Control - July 9, 2024 - Terez W***** completed my Pest Control and Termite inspection today. He did a very thorough job with both. Great service and attention to details.

    Technician failed to check 6 of 21 Termite stations during inspection. Marked the inspection report as all 21 were inspected and all stations numbered. No stations numbered including the 15 that were inspected. Contacted Clark’s and requested to speak to manager or supervisor and was told they would pass the request
    on to someone. It’s going on two weeks and still haven’t been contacted. They did send another technician to inspect the ones not completed on first visit and numbered all stations. Both technicians indicated customers were not satisfied with Clark’s service. They don’t seem to be a truly customer service oriented company and their employees are not motivated by the company’s support.

    We had service with a different pest control company, in February, we noticed a truck in our driveway on the camera while no one was home. After some time I managed to get their attention and the man informed me that he was from Clark's pest control and they are our new company, "Surprise!" Is what he actually said to me over the camera. We had no prior notice either by phone or email. He walked around our property BEFORE I had gotten his attention and stayed parked in our driveway for about 30 minutes. A month or so later I was surprised to receive a call from their billing department asking for payment for service we never ordered or scheduled and told them so. A call from their office was vague and not very direct, stating they would ask if we could move our contract to August. A follow up call never occurred. This week, another call from the billing department, followed up with a call from the office stating we could move our contract to August, but they skirted the issue of the bill altogether. I don't wish to do business with this company as I NEVER authorized them to do any work for me, they never called or emailed for the appointment and don't like the way they talk around the subject of billing. I would not recommend this company at all.

    The technicians are always wonderful to deal with, and offer great insight and information. The folks who answer the phone at Clark's are always polite and helpful when we have a question. Plus I love the automatic booking for our annual inspection, as a new parent trying to balance remember things it makes life so much easier!!

    I love Clark’s, I have been a customer for years. I can call and talk anytime about a concern I may have and they quickly help me out! Their employees are very helpful and responsive.
