    I had had issues with this card since I got it. A couple of days ago my card was blocked for no apparent reason but they said there wasn't a block on it. Today I'm unable to withdraw any funds from my account at a ATM or buy something from a store. This is straight up stupid. I can't transfer funds or link it to cash app or PayPal and I need this issue fixed today!!!

    Okay this is stupid. I called the Way2Go customer service about a dozen times about not being able to use my card. They said I had to get a replacement. Okay. I got my replacement yesterday and I'm still not able to transfer funds to my cash app, PayPal or purchase anything online. I need this issue fixed and resolved because it's getting on my nerves and it's bad business for the consumers! Please do something to let my card be able to transfer funds!!!

    I use the way to go card in South Carolina to receive child support. I finally received a lump sum of 7k in arrears today, 8-30-22. I used the card one time for a $400 purchase online for a violin for my daughter for school since she is in orchestra class, and now my card won't work. I know there are ATM limits for daily use, but I have never had an issue using the card online, or in person. I tried calling the customer service number and there is no option to select for this issue or to speak to an actual person. Dss website claims it has aa love chat feature on the go program site, they don't. My card is locked and I have no way to access funds or even find out what the issue is. If they locked it for a bulk purchase, that's fine, I'd rather them do that than my account be compromised. But why was I not notified? Why is there no way to speak to a person about issues? This is ridiculous. It's bad enough the money they rob you of for fees, and then you can't even talk to someone to figure out a solution. I have bills to pay and this is just ridiculous.
