      Pure Property management will not give me my deposit check. Stated they mailed the check over a month ago and wish to charge me $50 to stop check. Then I can come to the office and pick up my check. They did not give me that as an option nor to have it directly deposited. Now they want me to pay to get my money back.

      All we wanted to do was view a house. They wasted our entire day off work sending us confirmations, rescheduling, and removal of showing times. This can’t be a real business.

      We are expecting a deposit from this company. The email that they sent us says they sent the check out on the 14th of June and to wait 10-12 business days. It is now 16 business days later and we have no tracking on it. We have called the property management multiple times and was told if we want them to reissue a check, we have to pay $50 to stop the original check. We as customers do not even know if they mailed out the check from their office. But yet they still want us pay a fee for them not mailing it/getting lost in the mail. The office lady is rude and unpleasant to work with giving me as a consumer no relief. Please have this company get a resolution.

      Went to apply to tour a rental home. an anonymous text directed me to an unsecure website that required my Drivers License and then required my full credit card information. When I called to verify there was an actual company there, only an automated response answered with a different business name, NOT PURE.
      the address in question is **** **** ******** **, North Charleston, SC 29418. It has been repeatedly listed and taken down several times in the last few months, indicating the location has not been rented. In my opinion, this location is being used as a bait & switch tactic, and to garner application fees. In my opinion, I would think very carefully before taking the risk to work with this company.
