    The Fowler company managed my portfolio of properties for 3 years and then I used Will Fowler to sell the portfolio. The property management was acceptable, quick to respond to phone and emails, but filling vacancies was always a multi-month process, longer if the unit needed work. Additionally, they don't have any owner portal or reporting system, so if you need information, you have to ask for it. This may be okay for someone with a couple properties, but not if you have 10+.

    The experience I had with Will Fowler selling my portfolio is what has compelled me to write this review. I have done numerous real estate transactions over the years in different cities and states, with various agents, but my experience with Will Fowler was by far the worst. My listing was $1M+ with 3% commission, but I could not get Will Fowler to return my calls, texts or emails. We received a number of offers but I never felt like Will Fowler was actually negotiated on my behalf, rather just taking what the other agent was giving him.

    At a certain point I threatened to terminate our agreement, at which point he was much quicker to respond, but after we got the portfolio under contract, it was right back to Will Fowler being non-responsive and non-urgent. I hindsight I wish I had terminated my agreement, as I felt like I left money on the table with the deal and Will Fowler did not earn his commission in any sense.

    Again, I am not someone who usually writes reviews, but my experience with Will Fowler compelled me to share with others. Hopefully yall have better luck, but be armed with the knowledge!
