Work orders were done promptly, and the children had programs to attend to and keep them busy and people who cared about them. Help with homework, game night, cooking lessons, ETC.. With the new renovations in 2018, everything went downhill. Since 2018 I have been in two apartments during the upgrades. My three-bedroom has had sewage issues for three years. My apartment flooded in two inches of water on three occasions. I was told there was nothing they would do each time—no return call from upper management of the complex after calling 36 times. I had to sign my lease nine times in the past three years and still needed help to get it done. I got married and wanted to add my husband. It took three years. When running my report on the apartment to find another place to live, he is a co-applicant, but I'm being told his 15-year-old background was not approved, and his credit. Then why is he a co-applicant here? Then being told that I owed 9,000 after housing stopped paying because they were told I was not approved to move where I am today and I have someone who is not authorized to live in my home, and that is not the case. No one's paperwork is together, and they have no file of me moving in on March 1, 2016. It has been a living HELL, and I have been here for six years through 7 other managers. The pool opened for two weeks in 2016, and it has NEVER been available. They let your apartment flood, and then make up lies to get you to put out. No one from Atlantic Housing and do not follow up with things we report. I had to clean my apartment and buy the equipment to clean sewage out of my apartment after having to put myself and my family in a hotel for over two weeks. Not one call of what they can or will do to fix the issue. It is like they take no responsibility for what they have put our families through, and we have to pay the price for their neglect. I can never get back some of the things I lost in the floods. Not even my hotel fees. I lost 18,000 worth of items

Now I'm being evicted because my husband is not approved after getting everything done in 2018 and him being added even though he never lived here but changed his ID. No record on file since 2008 and he is not approved after being approved in 2019 when I got married. But no file on that or my lease. I just got a lease after 3 years of not having one.
