    Date of 1st installment financial transaction in the amount of $500 for the purchase of Children’s Book Publishing Package totaling $3500 was made on July 17, 2024; the 2nd installment of $1500 was made on August 31, 2024 and the final installment of $1500 was made on September 30, 2024.

    The contract for this publishing package was signed on July 30, 2024, between myself and Chantea W*******, owner/CEO of Relentless Publishing House, LLC for the Children’s Book Publishing Package which included the following:
    2 Paperback covers

    2 ISBNs

    Editing

    Formatting

    Coloring Book (cover, line art, and formatting)

    10 free copies of the book

    10 free copies of the coloring book

    As of this date, I have not received the finished completed published products (books) nor have I received a total refund of my monies paid in the amount of $3500 nor have I heard any communication via email, text, phone call, letter, social media handles and pages and messages and/or via Trello project management platform setup by Relentless Publishing House, LLC. Numerous requests for updates, progress were made but to no avail was it answered, returned or addressed. Last communication was 12/12/24 of which I was promised finished work for printing in one day. But to no avail did I receive the finished books or any correspondence or communication since this date just mentioned.

    Initially, in 2021, I contracted with Relentless Publishing House LLC to publish a book. Due to copyright laws and infringement, the book was delayed. When I returned to Ms. ******** to continue the book project, she had raised the price! I didn't think that was ethical due to our initial contract being a signed legal document. I refused to give her any more money other than the $800 already collected. I asked to meet with Ms. ******** which she will not do (she didn't even respond to the request to meet). It became increasingly difficult to reach Ms. ********. When I send an email it will take her two weeks to respond if at all! When I finally spoke to her I asked if we could resolve the issue over the book and we came to a new "verbal" agreement that we would do a journal. I promptly provided her with the journal information. However, once again Ms. ******** was not available and does not return emails or phone calls, not to mention requests for a meeting! I gave her the opportunity to resolve the issue and dissolve our relationship by requesting the master copy of my pdf to which she has not done or responded to my email. I don't know what other course of action I can take other than taking her and Relentless Publishing House LLC to small claims court and reporting her business to the BBB. I hate to have to come to this conclusion but Ms. ******** leaves me no other choice. She has taken my money without delivering a product!! She was recommended to me by a business associate who has said she would not recommend Relentless Publishing House LLC to anyone and neither would I. If you need publishing there are many great companies to choose from. This company is NOT one of them!

    I have been contacted by the business owner CHANTEA WILLIAMS DBA RELENTLESS PUBLISHING HOUSE, who appears to be working to complete the project and produce a product. I do NOT feel the issue is resolved until the product is delivered or refund is issued. Thank you.
