I don't know where to begin. After our kitchen was damaged by water due to pipe failure, my husband and I needed a contractor to reconstruct it. The first two contractors massively inflated the reconstruction costs, which our insurance company rejected. We were at a standstill, extremely weary of contractors, hidden fees, and inflated costs. We weren't sure what to do. Enter CDMS. Bryan came in, assessed the damage, and required work to restore it, and provided an estimate within my budget. We agreed, and the work began almost immediately. Bryan, Zach, Rosabla, and Edi worked together to restore my kitchen well beyond my expectations. They worked professionally and tirelessly to ensure my kitchen was complete in a more than reasonable amount of time. We worked together through open and frequent communication to ensure my vision was achieved. This company is reliable, fair, and trustworthy. I don't know what we would have done without them. I highly recommend this company; if I could give them more than five stars, I would. Thank you again to the entire team at CDMS!!!

CDMS does custom work at the highest level of craftsmanship. My finished deck, which included composite flooring and a pergola, really went beyond my expectations. Bryon offers creative, custom solutions to any building project, and our new deck is really one of a kind in my opinion. I would give CDMS my highest recommendation, and plan on using them again for a vinyl fencing project in the near future.CDMS, LLC

I recently worked with CDMS LLC on a deck project and was thoroughly impressed. The craftsmanship and professionalism were outstanding.
Zach, in particular, did a fantastic job staining the deck. His attention to detail and expertise were evident throughout.
The deck itself is top-notch - high-quality materials and sturdy construction. CDMS LLC's pride in their work shines through.

Great update to our deck and we are very pleased with the work. It took a little longer than expected due to supply issues and timing of the work being actually being completed. The price increased from the original quote based additional items that were needed. I just wish all of the needed items cost was figured out up front. In all Bryan communicated all things along the way. I would hire again.CDMS, LLC
