      I had water damage from a faulty air conditioner in my home. I called Dry Guys and another company for an estimate for my insurance company. They provided the first estimate on September 9, 2024. The insurance company based their claim payment from there estimate after talking with Dryguya about some slight adjustments and I hired them. They started the water mitigation part and brought in all the machines. I was told it would be 3-5 days for drying and they were removing all wet, molded and damaged materials. After having the dryers in for barely over 48 hours the dryers were turned off and removed the next day. I paid half of the total bill on 10-23-2024 at $3222.00. They sent some people out to start the repairs. At first it seemed like things were going okay but then when the repairs were not being done using proper construction techniques and I called the owner to discuss it he said he would have everything fixed properly and would send another crew out the next Monday. The same person showed up and made things worse than they were. None of the work was done well or how it should have been. I tried talking with the owner but he said it was the best he could do. I had a friend go under the house to check where they had claimed to have removed the wet insulation. Nothing had been touched and is still wet. When I had requested the moisture reading to show that had truly dried everything they told me they didn’t have to provide me with that information. After going through my paperwork line by line with someone in construction they found around $3500 of overcharged items and services. I do not trust this company at all. I didn’t get anything my insurance paid for and will now have to hire another one to come redo what they didn’t do or messed up. I would like to get my money back since they have left me in a worse situation and possibly caused a larger mold problem by spreading mold spores in my home.

      The only contact ive had is one person offering a small refund and another person sending multiple new invoices with varying prices.  I had ******* come out to evaluate if my home was actually dry and the moisture readings under my home were 99.9% moist.  The insulation is still there and completely wet.  They said it should have been removed and drying equipment placed in the crawlspace.

      We received a call From ****** ****** to do a mold inspection after another company came out a month prior to our arrival we discovered mold in the a/c closet as well as the adjoining room we removed the linoleum flooring inside that closet and the carpet&padding in the adjoining room flood cuts were performed in the a/c closet in the bedroom and in the closet in the bedroom.Carpet and pad was replaced in this room tack strip were added and the insulation under the a/c unit was removed and replaced.Ms.****** paid $3200 of what insurance paid out she asked us to revise the estimate since she think we didn't do enough the equipment was placed and she turned off at least pieces of equipment do her TV cutting off because of all the equipment all the photos are time stamped and I advised her to keep them running she took my advise and turned 2 machines back on i picked the equipment up 36 hrs after they were placed.
