      I feel PAI needs an investigation by EBSA! They are the worst. When my wife called in to see if a procedure and provider were in network, the response was "the provider needs to tell you that" when questioned why the person stated " you can look it up online". My wife then asked why they weren't being helpful the person replied " I am trying to help you ma'am"! They have surprise billing and they even tell you as much when you call for Assistance by stating "no coverage is guaranteed, and can change without notice." We have been hung up on twice, told there would be a call back, also told a claim would be paid and then it was denied again!

      I reached out to this company over a month ago with a check that had not been cashed. I provided all of the necessary information and received all of the necessary information from an employee. I documented her name and the name of the employee that she advised to send the check to. I mailed the information with a tracker through the post office. I called to check on status and the next employee that I spoke with advised that the previous employee was new, so she took it upon herself to correct the issue and the new check would be reissued within 14 business days, but 14 business days have come and gone. I called again before the Thanksgiving holiday and the next employee hung up in my face. I called again today and the department is closed. I would like to work with someone who is professional enough to provide me the money of the check that I provided and that I am owed; instead of the run around that I've been given.

      Scam insurance. They were presented as a primary insurance through an employer. They won't pay out. They hang up on you or they will tell you a different reason why they aren't paying every time you call.
