They had my car for a week 7days. I had to pay for a rental those 5 days. They told me to bring car into shop They were ready. Not only did they sit on my car for a week. They left my car in the rear. Under some trees with the Window open, and it rained that weekend. I felt so disappointed, I became angry. I asked did they have some personal against me. Very, very disappointed. Also they never offered to clean car, or about water damage. ZERO STARS.SMDH.

I no longer would recommend having a transmission repair done here. I currently have a Buick, Enclave that had 80,0015 miles on it when the transmission failed on 11/26/19. The car was taken to this shop where the transmission was rebuilt with a new torque converter and the front and rear mounts replaced. Rebuild came with a one year, 12K mile warranty. Mid 10/2022 the torque converter began to fail at 107, 050, which is about 27K miles later and not quite 3 years after the rebuild. I phoned the shop and inquired as to what they could do for me knowing that the warranty had long expired. I was asked for the service receipt number and was told that they would be getting back to me the following day. This did not happen. Both me and my wife placed 2 separate phone calls each during their posted business hours over the next 2 days and could only leave voice mail messages. Until this time of writing we have yet to received a call back from them. I have no explanation as to why the shop has treated us this way.
