    This company suggested a product...did not install it correctly. I spoke to the owner of the company and we came to an agreement for a solution...he came and looked at the yard and realized the sub-par job his crew did and his solution was to pull the material up and leave me with a bare yard. Never lived up to his suggested solution and I just want to be sure he never ever suggests artificial turf to another client again. I want this noted and recorded. This entire job was nothing but excuses, delays, no communication because of another job that promised more money. He admitted several times there was no communication, I even have a recording of his solution which he did not follow through with.. I just do not want another widow to be taken advantage of. For someone in business for over 20 years he was not even able to measure my yard and the price of the material doubled once he realized his error.

    In response to the complaint given by customer. We the company were the only respondents to the customers search and request for tree removal. It was stated by customer “no other company would give a call back or respond to the request”. 
    We gave customer a free estimate on tree removal and was asked by customer for our professional opinion about placing Sod after the removal. We gave the customer our professional opinion and suggested the proper application for the yard. During the waiting time for materials, we communicated all updates in respectable time and allowed for any changes if any by the customer. After quoting the said material and cost, there was some ordering errors on behalf of the supply company which forced a new search for the material. We communicated with customer in reasonable time to allow for objection. Upon communication with customer, it was stated “I understand and the money is not an issue, I want it done correct”. At which we replied, we would absorb some of the cost to counter any inconvenience on customers behalf. Day of Material placement, workers for our company communicated with customer on time of arrival and delivery of material. When workers arrived, they were verbally abused about poor communication on behalf of owner of the company and customer, after the worker stated his apologies, the customer then continued with displeasure of communication to the workers which caused great discomfort and worry on workers behalf. The Foreman of our company approached the customer and requested we remove ourselves from the job and if they wanted to buy the material they were more than welcome. In return customer scolded the foreman and stated “I will not pay for anything and will make sure your company never works in this area again”. Foreman retreated removing ourselves from the job in fear of being discredited. 

    Workers begin work on the task at hand, working the entire day. Customer reached out to owner stating her disapproval of the job. We tried as a company to appease and serve the customer as proper and respectful as was allowed. The only option as a owner was to remove ourselves and the material from the job releasing ourselves and customer from future distress. At this point NO money was accepted from customer for materials or labor of material placement. We were verbally forced off the property without materials and were verbally abused and threatened with Slander and public slander.
    Moving forward I the owner of company suggest returning of materials by customer and customer have no future contact or make further public humiliation for our company.

    I am rejecting/laughing at this response because it is totally false.  I have a conversation recorded where the owner of the company agreed there was poor communication on his part not only with me bit as I discovered later with his brother who was in charge of the job.   After another conversation, he even discounted the tree cutting, due to poor communication on his part.  As far as money was no object, that was if we had to go with a more expensive material for the original quoted size, not double the price because the yard was not measured correctly by a 22 year professional.  How a yard jumps from 336 sq feet to 836 sq feet amazes me.  That's like ***** coming out to measure your home for carpet, they give you a quote and when they come to install it the carpet only covers half the house. A roofing company giving a quote on a new roof but his quote only covers half your roof.  Also the carpet & roof quotes usually include all the correct prep that needs to be done not just throw the carpet on the floor or shingles on the roof.    I even questioned the size of the yard and was assured his quote was correct. Also, like carpet, you have to lay the material in the same direction, not cut it and lay part of it sideways where the colors don't match.  I feel because the owner was out of town working on a 1.7M deal, all local customers were pushed to the side.  He never communicated to his brother, who was over the job in his absence, any of the things he told me would happen.  We will be there at 8:00...the brother shows up at 11:00...we will dig out the tree stump, they took an ax to it and left a big lump in the yard.   Also, telling the truth about my experience is not slander.  As far as I am concerned I do not ever want to hear from them again.  I have recordings and text messages & pictures to back-up my claims and if ANYONE asks about my experience I should be able to share.  He also better never think about setting foot in my yard again.  For him to be in business for 22 years is unbelievable.
