    Pink Pelican provided service to build a French drain in the backyard of my property from 15-17 December 2024 and paid, check#1233, $3,240. Fast forward to April 2025, the French drain works but, now the water sprinklers in the backyard aren’t working/no pressure. After some troubleshooting, found out that the pipes leading to the sprinkler heads have been damaged. The pipes are just above the path where Michael, Pink Pelican and Landscaping, used a machine to dig (Due to having Carolina Clay). The pipe was shredded and repaired, Not by Pink Pelican! We turned the sprinklers on and still nothing. Come to find out that there are at least another two (2) damaged pipes. I contacted Michael and his team in Pink Pelican and Landscaping in April and left countless of messages with no return call or text. It wasn’t until the end of April, I finally spoke to Michael. He said, not verbatim “If he damaged it, he’d fix it. That’s an easy fix” and to call him later that week to see the earliest they could do it (First week of May). On 12 May 2025, he said they have been real busy these last several months, the earliest they could work on it is 12 June @ 0900 and would squeeze us in if they could come earlier. Im not available at that time and scheduled 2 July, that’s when I get back. This is unsatisfactory and very unprofessional. Per their website, ****************
    They are quoted verbatim; “We are a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional service. Our focus on customer service and quality is unmatched, and we are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our clients are happy the regulars of our work if your looking for a team that will treat your property with the upmost care, look no further than Pink Pelican and Landscaping Service.”
    Pink Pelican and Landscaping Services did not go the extra mile to fix this “easy fix.” Definitely do not recommend or trust this company.
