      I am writing to formally share a concerning experience I had today at your Urgent Care facility on Savannah Highway, specifically involving Dr. D*****.
      During my visit, I encountered a level of unprofessionalism and lack of compassion from Dr. D***** that I found deeply troubling. He did not take the time to listen to my concerns or ask clarifying questions regarding my condition. Instead, he quickly recommended a hospital referral, despite my clear expression of fear and concern—particularly given that I currently do not have health insurance and was anxious about the potential cost of extensive testing.
      His tone felt aggressive and condescending, which made me extremely uncomfortable and ultimately caused me to become upset and cry during the appointment. The medical assistant present also avoided eye contact and did not engage with me, which further contributed to the distressing nature of the visit.
      Adding to my concern, I was later notified—after posting a Google review—that Dr. D***** called in a prescription for me. This is especially troubling because we never discussed a treatment plan or any medications during the appointment. It is unclear what was prescribed, why it was prescribed, or why this action was taken after he indicated he did not want to treat me. I consider this not only unprofessional but also potentially unethical, and it raises serious questions about the handling of my care.
      This experience left me feeling disrespected, dismissed, and emotionally shaken. I believe all patients deserve to be treated with empathy, professionalism, and full transparency—none of which I received during this visit.
      I hope you will take this complaint seriously and investigate this matter promptly. I trust you share my concern for patient safety and dignity, and will ensure that no one else experiences what I did.
