    I rented 4 dumpsters from this company when it was time to pick up the final dumpster they decided I have to offload the dumpster. I have paid for overweight dumpster and I am not sure why this is different. I am also a military reservist and heavily pregnant and unable to offload this dumpster

    We apologize for any confusion regarding your dumpster order.  Per your request, we attempted to remove the
    dumpster on 9/26/23.  When our driver
    arrived at your site, the dumpster was blocked, and the driver was unable to
    remove the dumpster.  The dumpster was overloaded
    as well as there was material over the top of the dumpster.  The dumpster contents should not exceed “water
    level” at the top of the dumpster.   When
    the dumpster is picked up, there is an automatic tarping mechanism on the
    trucks that that only covers the dumpster and does not allow for extra material
    to be over the top of the dumpster. 
    Also, our driver cannot legally haul this type of load due to safety regulations. Please see the attached picture.
    After speaking with you on 9/26/23, our driver is going to
    attempt to remove the dumpster today, 9/27/23 and will help remove the
    overloaded material. We do ask for the dumpster not to be blocked, in order for
    the driver to successfully remove the dumpster.

    This company did not send any drivers, I contacted the owner of the dumpster who picked it up. A fraud company like this should not exist. Their customer service is rude and ridiculous
