      I had moisture forming between the pains of my kitchen window, so I called ACE Glass on Two Notch Road - Columbia, SC.
      It happened they had a technician just miles away, so within an hour a nice young man was at my house measuring the window pane. The following week, the pane was ready to be installed. A young man named Justin installed my new insulated window panes. He was excellent! Very professional, neat and took pride in his work!
      The two young men ACE Glass sent to my home are excellent employees!
      Thank you ACE Glass for the quick response and turnaround, and, thank you, Justin for an excellent job!

      Most people at the Irmo, SC office are great, but avoid Casey for your install. He does not know how to use a level. When he installs your glass crooked you then have to deal with the receptionist/scheduler, Carmen, who is rude and not accommodating.
      She is argumentative and will punish the customer with extended dates for remediating the installation error. For reference, my initial (crooked) installation was 1/17/24. A new crew came 2/27/24 to remove the crooked glass. Two days later the receptionist/scheduler called to say they can’t come back to fix the mistake for two more weeks (on 3/13/24) because the “schedule was booked out.”
      Is the company “booked out” fixing mistakes prior to my initial install in January or is the scheduler putting new customers ahead of ones that have already paid and just want to use their shower? In what world is this acceptable? Buyer beware!

      Ace Glass sent a sale Rep to my house to confirm walls and threshold were level . Ace Glass said there were no conflict with bathroom threshold/shower walls and installed shower door . After contacting Ace Glass and told them the shower door was leaking, Ace Glass said show door was leaking due to shower walls not being level. Ace Glass refused to rectify the problem or refund my money. If shower walls were not plumb , Ace Glass should had refuse to install shower door.
