      I have been to three other colleges, and I have never encountered this problem that I'm having with the financial aid office. Ever since June, I've been attempting to get into the college, but the financial aid department keeps requesting information from me. I will submit what they asked for correctly, and then, days later, I will learn it was not up to their par, and then have to send something else. At first I thought it was my problem, but as it kept happening, I realized it was nothing I was doing. That's because after about the third time, I made sure it wasn't me by having an accountant and a lawyer go over it before I submitted what they were requesting. With their approval, I would submit the requested documents. Two or three days later if the financial lady wasn't on vacation that is, I would get a notification in my school email box that I did it incorrectly. Once again, I needed to submit something else. I believe this occurred over 17 times I have screenshots I have documentations of where I went in. I have peoples names and if you look at the reviews and this seems to be a common problem, I don't know if they're financially discriminate against me or if they're just trying to keep people from getting financial aid and forcing them to pay out of their pocket because they're pushing it past the deadline for financial aid I want my financial aid processed because my estimated contribution is zero so I can start college this January.

      Due to guidelines established by the **** ********** of ********** the College is not permitted to award financial aid unless all eligibility requirements are fulfilled and any inconsistencies in an applicant's file are satisfactorily resolved. As of January 4th, 2023, the College is in direct communication with the applicant and has apprised them of the information needed to complete their file and satisfactorily address the inconsistencies in their application. We await their response and have resources available by phone, email, or in-person to assist the applicant should any questions arise.

      No way! I've sent in EVERYTHING that was requested. And more now the website to send information in isn't working. Which I've told my financial advisor

      Our website was not accepting documents for less than 5 days. During this period, our college was still accepting documents in person and through emails. The website matter was timely resolved and fully functional on Jan 6, 2023. ******************** has since turned in all requested documents and was awarded on Jan 17, 2023, the same day the corrections came back from the ****************** of ********** This matter is resolved and **** will not be responding further.
