    The name of the technician: ********************* Their office phone number: **************** I was facing two issues that day (DEC 31, 2022)1. My toilet flush shutoff valve (that regulates water to the flush tank) was leaking.2. The plastic drain pipe under the sink was also leaking (only when I was using the faucet) The plumber came and had a look for a minute and told me that he can't do it because he needed to turn off the water supply to replace the shut-off valve and the plastic pipe. Since this was an emergency call, I will have to pay anyway and he said he was sorry he could not fix it. So I had to pay $175 for nothing and the leak was still there and I had to place a bowl underneath to collect the leaked water for two days. On Monday, January 2, the regular plumber from our resident complex came to fix it and he used some glue and some tape, and he fixed both the leaks. So I want to complain that Vine Plumbing is a scamming company, please take action against them otherwise they will keep robbing people like this.

    I contacted them after filing the complaint here, and described the whole thing to ***************************** *********************************************** He apologized and refunded me the money ($175) I was charged on December 31st. He also said that he would contact the field technician who was on duty that day.
