    SOS RV was hired in May 2023 to repair a slide floor. We privately purchased a 5th wheel and SOS RV was hired for an inspection and slide floor repair.RV was stored at their business until pick up could be arranged as it was being imported to ****** During the time there, they removed one of the awnings saying the motor was weak and would be replaced via warranty. To this day we have not received the motor.The exhaust for the generator was replaced without our consent with an inadequate exhaust and the wiring harness to hook the generator up to the holiday trailer is missing. The sellers sent pictures the day it was picked up by sos rv and shows these things.We have tried to work with the owner to get this rectified. July 20th 2023 he told us he would make it right and send us the motor and other parts. Nothing has ever arrived. My husband continues to try to contact him but he ignores his calls. We have text and email communication we can provide to support his commitment to repair the slide floor that wasn't properly fixed that we paid $2800 to repair. We were told they provide warranty even if we are in ******. We want the parts as promised to us and to have the warranty work completed as comitted to.
