      I have placed an order from the company. I have returned the item with the shipping label provided from the company through ****. I sent an email Inquiring about the refund. The boots were dropped off at a **** on 04/04/25. The return havent reached the store by 04/11/25. I reached out to the company on 04/11/25. They asked me to reach out to ****. I advised them thats the carrier they use. I have proof of me dropping off the shoes on the 04/04/25 at ****. The company stated they do not have movement of the tracking number. I advised the company my job is to drop off the item to the place they provided the shipping label to. I advised the company I have done my part. I am asking for a refund. They are saying until they receive my package I am not able to receive my refund. I have no control over the **** company, I have no control over the company they use for shipping. I am requesting a refund. I did my end by sending the package back through ****. Its the company preferred method of shipping. They provided the shipping label. I put it on the box and dropped it off at ****.

      I received the pair of boots on November 29. 2024. They were one color when received after only 2 wears one of the boots significantly changed in color. I reached out to Wild West customer service for product warranty in hopes of a solution. Due to wearing there was no valid warranty or solution offered. I requested the matter to be evaluated by management however I believe another customer service agent picked up the chat conversation inatead of management as **** stated management was requesting pictures only to end with offering no solution

      12/16/23 a Bogg Bag was purchased from this retailer for me as a gift for friendsmas. We celebrate this New Years day every year. The box was the original unopened box gifted to me. When it was opened 2 weeks from purchase date it was covered in this weird grayish brown mottling. All original packaging was inside the box was UNOPENED. My friend told me the receipt was in there in my name (she even had it shipped to my address as she was coming from out of town and didn't want to transport it). I tried cleaning it with just a damp water cloth thinking it was probably just some surface dirt from the warehouse. It did not remove it. I emailed 1/3 for an exchange per their receipt policy (attached as photo of receipt). They are refusing to replace their defective/damaged/dirty item. The following is their response "Thank you for reaching out to us ! We apologize this happened with your Bag. We can assure you this Bogg Bag was not shipped this way as all of our products are safely stored and are inspected when shipping and packing. We would likely suggest attempting a Magic Eraser with some **** soap has alleviated stains in this material. The scrub would have to be a softer scrub so there is no damage made to the Bogg Bag. We hope this helps ! We apologize for any inconvenience." I should not be made to keep a bag that is damaged. Their solution did nothing! I would like a replacement that is not damaged.

      Bought 7 hoodies, had for 7 days.Tried and wore 1 for an hour or so. Tried others on. All looked fake and had sewing defects.Returned all.Company lied and said they were all not new and clearly used.

      Good Morning!

      We have received a return for order ******, placed by ********************************

      Our return policy is this: "Returned merchandise must not show any signs of wear, and must be returned with all of its original packaging.  If your return item includes a boot box, please do not use that box as shipment packaging.  In order to resell the item, we need the original packaging to be intact. To ensure that footwear does not show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only on carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly."

      This information is provided to the customer not only on our website, but the packing slip the customer receives with their order.

      Each of the 6 products returned are not acceptable for the following reasons:

      1.) All 6 items do not have the original tags included with their purchase. These tags were not located in the box nor the product themselves.

      2.) Each of the 6 items has 6 different odors of various men's cologne 

      3.) Products return showed signs of use through the fabric pilling around high contact areas as the hoodie pocket and head opening.

      We contacted the customer in regards to this and were greeted with phrases such as "F*** you and your s**t company", "This is f***ing ridiculous", "Just refund my f***ing money or else".

      Thank you for your consideration of this review as our policies are clear, **********, made the decision to not adhere to them.

      I have attached more proof that the business response is untrue.

      They said return policy state must have tags.

      The return policy mentions nothing of item having to have tags.

      I also never threatened and said or elsethis is false.  The majority response from the business is false.
