  I hired them to paint most of my main living area walls and ceilings and switch out an existing light fixture before or during the painting. I let the owner know I had a custom color for the walls and he said no problem. He came to pick up the sample but didn’t tell the painter who told me it would be a lot more than my estimate so I just went with a close enough color. The color is ok but I’m disappointed. My ceilings have cracked again in two places were the made repairs. Asked the owner to let me know when he could make it back to take a look and never contacted me again. He never had the electrician come out before or during the painting so weeks later he did show up after me following up but now I have a 1” circle on the ceiling where you see the old ceiling paint and that’s not acceptable and my reason for wanting it done with the painting was to avoid this. It’s two stories up so I cannot fix this myself. I also swear I told I wanted nail pops fixed but they told me I only pointed one out so I have lots of nail pops. Why would I pay someone 5k to paint over nail pops? I feel that I’ve been taken advantage of. I didn’t even receive an updated invoice when after the owner came out to remeasure (I was holding off on the ceiling of one room being done). There was a lack of communication, oversight and project management throughout the process. The painter didn’t have they help he needed or the tall ladder he needed most of the time. Paint was splattered in and outside my home. I have paint splatter on my siding, front door and paint handprints on the hose nozzle out back. They dumped paint in my yard during clean up. The work they did was hard and I really could’ve looked past some things but it’s been several months and I’m still so upset I gave this company my money. I’m glad I saw this on the 5k job before I had any larger jobs done my them.
