    ProGreen promised a quality product and installation, to occur in July of 2024.

    After completion, the cups (on a putting green of all things) were not regulation depth, and pulled completely out of the ground. They still couldn't fix it after 3 subsequent trips, ultimately telling me "we have started another project and can't get to you" in the end. During one of the trips? The crew showed up with no tools, and had to look in my garage for what they could use.
    Also, from the get-go, I asked that the back right corner of the green be built/raised up some. I was told "We can't do that, it isn't possible." Guess who confirmed this was possible, and completed the task in a day? Southeast Turf.
    The shoddy work was noticeable as well.... aside from the piles of trash (chip bags, water bottles, unused turf product) left in my yard, there were, AT MINIMUM, 75 bent or unused nails strewn about. We found this out by running the mower over them and having them dangerously shoot out like shrapnel.

    In short? This was the worst display of craftsmanship, customer service, and professionalism I have ever encountered.
