I am a disabled citizen and I was threatened by the owner of this business!! She roughed handle me while I was getting a full set under her care. She gave me aggressively service while I was under her care! The reason is because she was aggravated that I wanted my disable hand to look a certain way and she had other customer that were paying like I was also. I allowed her to treat me this way for 20 minutes before I proceeded to get up calmly. She refused to perform any other services for me before I even got out her chair. She then recorded me going to the vehicle to get the money for the services that she didn't complete, with license plate appearing as well. Then she proceeded back to her building and turn and looked at one her employees and told me that she will punch me in my face. This is after she stop recording I was scared for my life. Never had this to happen to me before. She then later went and posted the video that I did not consent her to post on to Facebook showing everyone the video and also showing my personal information ( license plate on my vehicle). She told them it took two hours on my feet and that is criticizing my personal feelings when I felt comfortable to also the place of business to perform my services (judgmental establishment). Her name is Rachael and I not the only victim that this has happened to. She has been tormenting a wide range of individuals that support and supported the business. I felt afraid for my life to have been push and shunned away, recorded. She also criticized me for my weight I have loss during the time of grieving, dealing with my own insecurities. She repeatedly, and constantly bullied me, while and sat quietly and did not allow my self to react to the situation, I have been on a dark place, I go to this place of business it suppose to be for comfort and your self-esteem to be leveled out, not to be torn into what I came in as. Roughly handling My birth defected hands ,mishandled, mentally abused, violated!
