    I was extremely disappointment in how my job was handled. I worked with Bethany H***. She worked well enough at first however she could not hold it together. She knew I was gathering quotes for my bathroom remodel so she made promises she could not keep so she'd get the job. The gentleman she had working my project quit, the police were called to my house, and she avoided my attempts at communication. She ordered a shower pan that did not fit the space then would not return it or refund me my money for it. The estimated completion date for the project was 9/17 however by Thanksgiving it was nowhere near done. I was told the gentleman was sick, or on vacation, or he took on another job that was taking longer then expected. I eventually had to go with another company to get my project completed. They did not even come to get their lock box off my door! Do not hire these people. I do not know how they are still in business.

    I am truly sorry you had this experience. This review is lacking a lot of the facts. The shower pan was a stock size to save you money but then you wanted it bigger. The police only came because the alarm was tripped. My installer nearly died of Covid so we did have a worker shortage. I didn't charge you for over $5,000 worth of work to compensate for the inconvenience. I know it's frustrating when things don't go as planned.
