      I have received multiple incorrect bills over the two years my children were patients. Bills that were not correct have been sent to collections multiple times. I finally cleared up the bills last year (I owed no money) and now they are sending me bills again for the same services. Their billing department is either incompetent or deceptive. There is a lack of professionalism and clarity in the billing department. It is impossible to talk to anyone solely in charge of billing, leaving the receptionist to try to decipher billing issues.
      We also had issues with the office keeping appointments. Almost every appointment we had over a two year period was rescheduled due to reasons within the office (lack of water, equipment malfunction, doctors being out of town, etc...). Once we showed up for an appointment that had been rescheduled by the receptionist, only to be told that the appointment was wrong and we had to come back another day.
      Overall the business cannot do the basic tenants of operating, billing and maintaining a medical office effectively.
      I honestly don't believe they should be in business because they cannot correctly bill and file insurance or maintain consistent appointments.

      My daughter started receiving services for her braces Sept 2020. This year they have rescheduled and canceled appointments with no call to reschedule and won't answer when attempting to reschedule or reach supervisors.
      It's now been a month with no interaction from them
      I received an email after 3 messages inquiring about the reschedule stating all appointments would be rescheduled within 2 weeks; that was August 25th. 2022. Still no return call or appointments.
      The service was paid for in full and in order to start service elsewhere must be paid for full service as well not to complete the job they left undone- not to mention the hardware on my daughters teeth not tended to.
      According to ******** and ****** reviews this is an ongoing and known issue
      They are still attempting to rally new clients.
