    I ordered a 2XL shirt from Kendall's Greek. They sent me a 3XL shirt. I requested that they send me another size shirt in time for me to take Sorority Photos on May 17, 2025. I did not receive a shirt nor did I receive a return label for them to receive the 3X shirt back that they sent. I have contacted them on several occasions and they responded back that they would send another shirt and a return label. It is June 2 and now that my event has passed. I am requesting a refund for the cost of the shirt, plus tax. If they want their 3X large shirt back I will return it as long as they send a return label back for it. As I mentioned I have emailed, I have called and I have sent them messages on ********* and this has still be unresolved.

    I made a purchase with this company and received the order on 17 Oct (***** ******). One of the items was damaged. The tri-color sweater had a hole in the pocket. I reached out to the company persistently via email and did not receive a reply. I finally made contact with a customer service representative via phone on 28 Oct. At which time I provided the order number and informed him that I wanted to swap out the tricolor sweater for an exchange, due to the damage . I also informed the representative that the damaged sweeter that i ordered was a bit tight and that I would like to receive the new exchange in a size large. I was told the new package would go out and they would send a return label for me tor ship the damaged sweater. It is now 6 November and i have not received that package. In addition, I check their return portal for the order and am now am informed that the order is past the return date and that Im am not eligible for a return or my money back. I have ordered form this company many times in the past and have not ever had a problem. However, this current situation is an unethical business practice. and I would just like to receive the what i paid for ( a sweater without a hole in it). Im not asking for my money back.

    I SENT A DRESS BACK TO BE EXCHANGED AGAIN FOR THE CORRECT SIZE AND A DIFFERENT DRESS. BUT IT WAS THE SAME AMOUNT. I SENT IT BACK IN JULY 2024 AND I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM. THEY DON'T ANSWER PHONE CALSS OR MESSAGES . PLEASE SEND ME MY MONEY BACK FOR THE DRESS THAT I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR. BAD BUSINESS
