    started about month ago I ordered 17lb tungsten rod for my glock 19 they sent wrong one I contacted them the women I messaged said she will send one right away then I messaged robby and he said he won't send anything till I send old item back after I gave them bad review on ****** he got mad and lied said he sent my item that was month ago and still not here I need refund or item back asap

    Customer ordered parts from us. We shipped the parts. Customer sent an email stating he received the wrong parts. We sent customer a return label. Customer refused to ship the parts back for weeks stating he would not return the parts until we shipped him a replacement. That is not our company policy. When the parts were returned after 4 weeks, they were inspected and confirmed the customer was shipped exactly what he ordered. Customer sent a letter asking for replacement parts, then called asking for a refund, then sent an email asking for replacement parts. The customer was refunded per our refund policy which I provided a link below.
