    Innovative door systems deserves a 0 star rating. Our garage door motor went out. We got a new one through ******. Innovative door systems came out to install it. While the installer was attaching the motor and tracking we kept telling him the door is popping and the chain was popping several times. The installer said oh it’s just adjusting itself. We kept telling him no something is wrong. The installer then said oh well give it a couple days to adjust itself. 2 days after the installer from innovative door systems left the whole middle of the garage door busted all to pieces and the whole top panel of the garage door tries to fall on your head the 2nd the door is raised and the brackets holding the garage door together try to come out. It is a major safety hazard & someone could get hurt badly from this door. The 2nd installer that came out to fix the motor and tracking who was an independent contractor took one look at the motor and tracking and told us that even his 9 year old could do a better job installing the tracking and motor than what that guy did. He called the owner John G**** of innovative door systems and told him he was responsible for replacing the door he busted. John G**** told him absolutely not it was not his fault it was a ****** problem and for everyone to quit calling him he was not coming back out to fix it and he was not sending his guys out to fix it either it was not his responsibility and not his problem. The 2nd installer told us what John G**** said and finished fixing the motor & tracking correctly. Then called Angi and Lowe’s installer right then and told them what he had just told us about John G****. He even told them & John G**** that the whole inside of the motor was installed crooked & the brackets were installed wrong with the wrong brackets & because of the inside of the motor being installed wrong & crooked the chain wrapped around it & was pulling the garage door all from and angel and that is what busted the garage door.
