    Called to have someone come to give a estimate /proposal for landscaping done to my property. Nick came and I agreed to go forward with the design. I needed HOA approval to continue but made a $2600.00 Deposit. and submitted it to my HOA.

    They denied the plan. Told Nick this and resubmitted the plan with changes to HOA again....again denied. Nick and I are both frustrated. Never thought they would deny me again. So told Nick go ahead with the plan I'll take the heat if any.
    He visited us and I scaled back some plant material,was approved for that by HOA....but still want the job to go forward as planned with a few added things.
    Told him not to worry about doing the job.....my responsibility not his. So here I am still waiting for our job to begin.. dates for this have come and gone. Can't talk to anyone but Nick, hard to get a hold of also. Still thinking of my $2600.00 deposit in July 2022 that they have , I have nothing not even a job date. Same old excuse of supply issues. can you help me? would like a refund....but not possible, I just want this done with, getting on 6 months, way too long.

    We have already spoken with the client and have their work on schedule for completion.  The client informed our sales person that they were using this complaint as an insurance policy.  We have been informative throughout the process and cannot control weather, Holliday and material supply chain delays.  We make every effort to get to clients quickly but unfortunately cannot control some variables.  This particular client had so navigate some concerns with the HOA as well which caused delays.

    by Cochran and I'm happy with the results . no more contact with this business."
